This policy applies to the DeriTech Solutions marketing website. It describes the website’s current inquiry process and will need to be updated when additional services are connected.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, service of interest and project message. When you press “Send inquiry”, these details are sent securely to DeriTech and stored in our internal customer management system so our team can respond and follow up. Access is limited to authorised DeriTech staff. To prevent abuse, we keep a one-way scrambled form of your connection’s IP address for up to one day; the IP address itself is not stored. We send you one confirmation email for a new inquiry, and our team is notified by email; these emails are delivered through our email service provider. Please do not include passwords, financial details or other sensitive information.
Email inquiries
If the form cannot send your inquiry and you choose “Open email app”, your email software receives the recipient address, subject and message to prepare a draft. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider’s own privacy policy then applies. “Copy email details” places the draft on your device’s clipboard when your browser permits it.
Inquiries sent to our official address, info@deri-tech.com, may be used to discuss your request and coordinate proposed work; retention and access arrangements will be clarified as our services evolve.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not intentionally add advertising cookies, tracking analytics or browser storage for inquiry information. The hosting platform may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the website.
External resources
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may send technical request information to Google when fetching those fonts. Email links open your chosen email software. These services are governed by their own policies.
Your choices
You can browse without completing the form. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the inquiry details we hold by emailing info@deri-tech.com. For future data questions, contact us at info@deri-tech.com.
